We currently ship within the United States.
Shipping Options & Rates
Standard Shipping (USPS Ground Advantage / First Class)
- FREE on orders $95 and above
- $8 flat rate on orders below $95
- Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days
Express Shipping (USPS Priority Mail)
- $15 flat rate
- Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package from our door to yours.
Shipping Delays
Occasionally, delays may occur due to:
- USPS carrier delays
- Weather conditions
- Peak seasons (holidays, major sales)
MITRA is not responsible for delays once a package has been handed over to USPS.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at the email below and we'll do our best to update it before the order ships.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it:
- Check with neighbors and members of your household
- Look around your property (porch, side door, garage)
- Contact your local USPS office with the tracking number
- Reach out to us — we're happy to help investigate
